While ClearNorth IT makes every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve technical problems safely and professionally, we are not responsible for:
Existing hardware failures
Pre-existing malware or system damage
Data loss
Third-party software issues
Service interruptions beyond our control
Remote support sessions may require temporary access to customer devices for diagnostic and repair purposes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ClearNorth IT reserves the right to refuse service in situations involving illegal activity, abusive behavior, or unsafe working conditions.
